❤thank you! Very helpful! It occurred to me to share that my Kundalini awakening had me in bed for hours with stomach pains that were very intense like my stomach was on fire. I knew it was an energetic crisis not a health crisis. When my Heart Chakra opened that was more intense! I’ll never forget get that pain, it was like my ribs were being pulled apart and my back was breaking. I felt panic, I had thought of something happening to my masculine like he was being harmed. I am really grateful to have found your videos. I was looping during one year on this journey. I was projecting on him, sort of expecting him to also do the job. Understanding that I am the divine feminine is really important. It is not clarified enough in the twin flame community. This is comforting so thank you for this information as no one ever talks about this and especially from personal experience. I'm getting all this and my hands just twitch involuntary along with my eyelids and I feel like someone is pushing down on my head and sometimes I feel like I'm on fire 🔥

This is very helpful. My TF and I started getting so much closer in 3D and he shut down. I am starting to give him space but it’s challenging when you’re getting so many messages from your twin in the 5D. It feels like I’m living in 2 different worlds!

I can fully resonate, the 5D is important however don’t allow the mind to create a narrative because in 3D it’s about you coming into oneness so you see no separation like you have in 5D. Soul alignment is key!

interestingly, when you say that the dm will also have a kundalini awakening but will never admit it in those terms, i have to say when i had my dm, and we were on good terms, i remember him telling me one day that he was worried because he had chest pain.. and he booked a general health check up for himself and his mom a few days later :D

I haven't had any kundalini symptoms in a couple of years and had little information when I was experiencing them. However I am chuckling now, as I recall planning to go to my doctor but wondering how I was going to explain to him that I was experiencing a really indescribable flickering,fluttering, blinking sensation in between my eyes, in the middle of my forehead. It was so distracting that I felt I needed my doctor to check it out, (couldn't explain to him so I didn't go) but later as I found out more, I realized it was my third eye! 😅

I have had incredible experiences with the "heart chakra".. I began to have palpitations last year around january i believe... sometimes..it beats so slow and sometimes way too fast. It beats so hard sometimes that i feel pain..like actualy physical pain, it beats especially crazy when i encounter the divince counterpart. But i think the most interesting experiences were 1) sometimes i feel like there are two hearts beating simultaneously side by side, there's basically like a nano second gap between the two beats. 2) when the heart palpitations happen, i also have a surge of heat going upwards, from the heart to the head, when that happens, basically i feel a sense of light headedness, and my vision blacks out for a few seconds. 3) and ofcourse there is the frequent pain in the chest region

Yes my heart beat sooo slowly and it usually beats like a hummingbird and it was sooo slow I thought it stopped and I thought am I dead. But then it beats erratically so I just keep telling myself to be open to anything because so many crazy things have happened. It’s like I’m in Oz.

My urine (which is usually pretty clear due to healthy eating & drinking mostly water) has turned darker. Like im purifying. Also i have stomach bloating & the kundalini energy has been spending time in my stomach pushing on my liver. Causing a pain (sometimes) in my right arm. Its crazy what this energy does.

I'm a twinflame it will be 3 years of soul recognition in February. And the kundalini energy seems to be in the solar plexus. I'm really bloated and it leads to back ache sometimes. There's a lot of gurgling of the stomach, did this happen to you? I also thought I had IBS because of the bloating being so intense some days.. but other than that I get random twitching in my body like electric currents

To be honest, don't focus on it. The kundalini will work it's way through. It's an intelligent system and knows what you need. Your focus should be on alchemizing the addictive energy :)

@@awakeningmerakihello dear there is a false twin flame.. I have experienced it. And even the false twin flame was divinely guided. His birthday was 11/1 I started seeing 11:11 all over the place. I had all the signs of what you mentioned. (Which is worrying me because false twinflames do have similar symptoms). But what I was experiencing was closer to obsession closer to trauma bonding. Limerence. So what is the difference now? God/universe literally told me about my real twinflame. I literally feel my twinflame in my heart. And many other symptoms. False twinflames behave similar to the toxic run and chaser dynamic.

i honestly don't believe such a thing exists. sometimes a traumatic relationship can cause one to become awakened in a way ,it could just be a karmic relationship that is very very intense, toxic and with a push pull dynamic that people confuse for being a false twin flame.

A twin flame comes under this type but with the healing they will become secured and the connection can't be cut.. In all other anxious-avoidant relationships, they will learn lessons to become a secured one but the connection can be cut.. People term Such relationships as false twin flame bcoz they will be like a twin flame but connection can be cut unlike a twin flame.. Another relationship type is narcissistic-empath, these are harmful karmic relationships.. A narcissist will try to harm empathetic person. In the beginning, these relationships will also be felt like twin flame.. But the harm reveals that they are not tf and the connection can be cut.. People will also term it as a false twin flame or a karmic relationship.. And then another one is soulmate relationship.. It is usually calm and peaceful as they are soulmates and the journey goes smoothly as they don't trigger.. This is more like an enjoyment relationship but not a spiritual awakening. I learned that Upon free will, if people manifest and choose soulmates, the harmonious tf physical union gets delayed or spiritual awakening gets delayed and will be passed onto the next lifetimes with more difficulties.. The more disciplined and the more we do the inner work, the more we get spiritually awakened. Even if we don't get into a harmonious union in this lifetime, the awakening journey eases tf journey in the next lifetime.. That is why some people will meet their tf and will be in harmonious physical union with their in their tf next lifetime after they become whole alone.. It is like they are doing what they like to do and be whole and bam! They meet their tf and will get married to eachother happily and stay in harmonious physical union.. This type usually happens as both has undergone spiritual awakening process a lot in their previous lives.. It won't look like a tf journey at all and we think they are lucky 😅.. Whereas it was their hardwork in their previous lives and hard work in their present life before meeting eachother..

I hugged my twin goodbye and after that I felt tingling on my lower back that lasted for days. I had been studying kundalini yoga before this happened. I have been very into spiritualism and chakra system before meeting him and have practiced kundalini yoga. Could his physical touch have triggered that shakti energy?
