If you've done one of my Rolls classes you'll know i love half rolls and combining them :) This is another of my faves from my 'Roll with it' workshop.
Make sure you learn it on both hands :)
You will need to work on this step by step so here's where to find each section:
Boomerang Roll Twins Combo from the Right Hand
0.10 - Demo
0:25 - Extension to chest roll (1 hoop)
1:22 - One hoop release from two hoops in one hand
1:40 - Catch two hoops in one hand
2.33 - Extension to chest roll to 2 beat weave (2 hoops)
Boomerang Roll Twins Combo from the Left Hand
3.19 - Demo
3.30 - Extension to chest roll (1 hoop)
3:55 - One hoop release from two hoops in one hand
4:30 - Catch two hoops in one hand
4.49 - Extension to chest roll to 2 beat weave (2 hoops)
If you're having problems go back and double check you have the one hoop version!
