In this video, I share my twin pumping and feeding routine to hopefully help you prepare for your twins! Getting prepared for twins can be so daunting, but hopefully this video helps give you an idea of a realistic breastfeeding and pumping schedule for twins. Try not to worry or put pressure on yourself when trying to feed your babies. Fed is definitely best! Everyone will have a different routine and experience, so I hope you enjoy the process! Thanks for sharing! I’m a new twin mom (boys are 5 weeks now). I can totally relate to comparing myself to other twin moms! My supply is just short of being able to feed both of them, so 2 feeds a day we need to supplement with formula or donor milk. I’ve been doing all the things to get my milk supply up, but it seems to have steadied. My desire to exclusively breast feed just doesn’t seem feasible, and that’s okay! I produce what I can, but thankfully we have supplement options so our babies are fully fed.

Your pumping schedule and outlook on pumping/feeding sound EXACTLY like mine when I had my daughter. A happy medium is extremely important, because pumping at all is stressful enough! I'm going to try hard again with my twins but again, will probably end up finding a happy medium that affords me a routine that keeps my stress level manageable. Loved your video!
