5th Gen Camaro with one of our BoostPrep 416 LS Engines, previously equipped with an F1A94 ProCharger, came back again for a Huron Speed Twin Turbo Kit.
Twin Turbo Setup: 1,115 whp / 978 ft.lbs
(1,311 HP estimated at the flywheel w/ 15% drivetrain loss factor)
ProCharger Setup: 1032 whp / 810 ft.lbs

Round 84 coming soon as soon as that crank shows up haha. I got more dyno miles than some guys have on their cars in an entire year.

@@ronnytavarez1140 not even a debate. Turbos all day. Way more low end torque and can build power way lower in the rpms. Plus they sound way cooler

@Kris Salts i would do that but i drive it to much. Ive put 4k miles on it this year alone and put 23K on it over the last 24 months. Bought it 2 years ago almost exactly with 2700 miles on it and just rolled 26000 this morning haha

They are outta southwest michigan. Long ways from CA but i see all sorts of license plates in there. you wont be disappointed if u decide to make the trip.

Yeah, I mean this guy actually daily drives it just about any day snow is not over the bumper. He's local to us, and I've been behind him coming into work a few times even with snow on the street.

Why then drastic spike in hp and tq at 6k then the sudden fall off after 6k? Cam not optimized for the setup? Valvetrain not stout enough for anything higher than 6k? That setup builds great power and a massive peak at 6k...just seems odd to have such a drastic drop in both hp and tq at anything above 6k...it's a rather sudden and complete drop after peak. Has me curious since I'm planning on building my LS3 as a 416/6.8 with a twin turbo setup.

Does it have something to do with the surge rate of the turbos? I'm curious about the A/R of the turbos too. Does it lag bad at low rpm making this setup kind of a "one hit wonder" at 6k on the track? Like I said, I'm in the middle of planning out my build that will be similar, but I'm looking for more down low as I'm building a mostly street, track on the occasional weekend type car..with a 6sp manual...the TR6060. Any such info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

What would you like to know? Basically a fully forged 416 built by them. ported ls3 heads on a TSP cam which the specs are not really known it was reused from the previous build. fully built driveline. 68MM turbos making around 18PSI

4" Stroke on a New OEM 6.2L block. Here's, essentially, the 416 build: www.strictlyperformance.parts/product-page/boostprepmax-416-stroker-ls3-lsa-ls9-longblock He's currently moving up again to a 427 LSX build, and changing over to slightly different turbo setup.
