I just got a 2012 ppv and its a lot faster than a regular civilian use tahoe for sure I haven't even done a e85 tune yet but my headers are in the middle of delivery now so I'm just about done hooking everything back up the police department takes off like horns and interior lights on after the door shuts was not hooked up but the end goal is awd and the Bart wheels that look like the stockers just available in any size you want because a set of 22s is not the best way to lower your ETs 😂 maybe when the police don't drive them anymore I had cp1 caprice in the middle 90s when they were still on every single police force in Florida, and in all white with black windows for k9 had a throttle lever that you could raise the idle so air-conditioning would not kick off every few minutes if out in middle of the sun they thankfully treat the animals better than the people who have to pay for their salaries

If you watch the torque curve it stays up longer in the rpms where as the stock drops off rather quickly. In comparison

Im 70 now but when i was twenty i bought a 1964 chevy two nova ss factory four speed gave $400.00 for it the motor was about shot but i had a fresh 327 four barrow to put in it the muncie trans had race gears and it had a twelve posi rearend with 488 gears it was one bad ass nova wish i still had it
