I agree with you!! Keep teaching the children everything you can!!! I was a single Mom of 3 boys & taught them EVERYTHING I could!! I Have granddaughter ((girly girl)) we have fun but I’m always teaching - instilling knowledge of any kind!! (Check levels in vehicle, tire PSI, building fires, survival techniques, safety ETC ETC ETC !!! ))

Love that you spend so much time with your babies! Letting them ride around the neighborhood in the front seat not buckled in was so much fun for them. My kids always loved when I did that too. My kids knew how to drive (automatic & manual transmission) a long time before they were old enough to get a license! Keep teaching those babies to be confident and independent! ♥️

Used to love going to the dump Think they've stopped people buying from there now at our local dump in England Nice truck We had a '47 Dodge WD21 When our Dad bathed us he would sit on top of the toilet and play harmonica and sing to us (don't judge) What a beautiful place you live in All the Best

My granddaughter is around the same age as your twins. You are so lucky to have such vast safe space where you can do this. My granddaughter loves to sit and hold the wheel, but is too dangerous on our busy streets and country lanes. Tbh I think all of Navajo’s that grew up on the Rez learned how to drive early on. I was driving on the dirt roads at like 9 on the dirt roads. Nothing beats growing up back home, the simple life. You are doing a good job being a hands on parent.
