TwinFlame Relationships VS Sacred Connections. Are this two connections different or same thing?

Sacred connections and TwinFlame relationships are Spiritual Soul Contracts entered into before your incarnation into the earthly realm. The partners in both these relationships have a joint soul mission.
The purpose of the connections is to elevate the frequency of the planet or uplift humanity. The purpose is not to grow and evolve as individual but they are joined to work together for the benefit of humanity.
Both connections are Divinely guided and they show up at a critical time with special tools, resources, advices or guidance that will assist in the success of the mission or projects.

With Twin Flame connections partners have to clear their karma first before they can connect to focus on their mission, but with Sacred connections partners are already healed and they have cleared all their karma.
