This tea was also brought to Russia through Siberia on the Great Tea Way. In our country, this tea is found with the price lists of tea companies of the 19th century. :0)

Stuffing all that top quality tea into one small cup is simply crass. You destroy the subtlety of the flavour. Are you someone who likes to put double cream on top of their ice cream?

He definitely ends up overloading those vessels with tea, but it does produce a beautiful liquor for the camera, although I don't know where he's getting off calling it 'ruby-red'. It isn't.

Honestly for chinese teas you use a ton of leaf with a small amount of water and brew a few seconds. You get several different infusions and you taste all of the characteristics of the tea.
