What sets her apart is that she plays what she sings and sings what she plays...not as easy as it sounds.

Look look look, the young man sitting near her was looking like he was saying to himself, "Oh, I can do that." But then she turned it on!!! Come on! Twinkie, what I love about your playing is a form of humility that exudes as you play. I don't know what it is like to work with you but you have a stillness that seems to shine through whenEVER you play the keyboards. All I can think of is the scripture that says "let another man's lips praise you." Your quiet strength causes your gift to reveal your talent, or speak for you, and not your words!
@jacobbrumfield86554 жыл бұрын
Notice with both songs she didn't pull all of her drawbars out and and still rocked the house. Then had nerve and to clap and play that pedal board at the same time. Twinkie Clark the crown is yours.

I’ve been singing my entire life and sung in a gospel group for 15 years, I’ve ran across my share of singers and musicians. Hands down Twinkie Clark is one of the best of all time on that Hammond organ. She makes it sing and that takes talent
@CeeC.12 жыл бұрын
Wow! Twinkie's gift runs so deep. The first song she played is a beloved hymn of mine written by the German monk Martin Luther, leader of the Protestant Reformation and founder of the Luther church. The song is called "A Mighty Fortress Is Our God" She is the only person I know that can make a small B3 Hammond sound like a huge pipe organ. She is a God-given talent!
