This is awesome TM is moving in the right direction, doing great things your on way, great job. Some recommendations: 1. Quick toggle for edit and render mode to speed up performance when editing. 2. Either material to area light or add light options in plugins like SketchUp 3. Add animation proxy model kit like doors for plugins like SketchUp or add mass replacement on imported models in TM

Good update. But the fact that it's 2024, and the Orthographic views are STILL so broken just makes me angry at this point. Please make it so that Orthographic views are available in Videos (with Lumen), and that proper Orthographic Views with Lumen can also be done. Also, focus at fixed point in Videos is a very important feature for any Archviz artist using TM. Please try to incorporate these asap.

Nice additions. I really wish twinmotion would let us move camera with gizmo and set paths like in unreal. The gamified movement it currently has makes camera sequences so unpredictable, its frustrating sometimes

I am happy with that update. But By short testing, I have downloaded three new Trees, but just a view trees works. For other Trees of the new ones, there pops the error message "Failed to parse Megascan asset".

Thanks for the updates but I think the only thing that is lacking in this program is Optix, the default intel denoiser makes everything look flat, without a lot of detail unless you use a ridiculous amount of samples and higher resolutions

most people say intel is more accurate and clean, but I kinda like how optix look, it preserve some ugly details without smoothing too much so it look more natural.

TM has new licence system. It is free until your Company earns under 1mioUSD/y. So as communicated, there is no plan to switch back again. But if you use in 2023 the cloud (presentation or panorama) your need to know that ist not include the free TM. There is no difference between subsription and free version exept the cloud option. Free has NO CLOUD! We have both versions. If our Customer needs the option of presentation or Panoram, we use 2023 version. If not, we can use 2024. But there is no way save a project from 2024 to older file version like 2023 or earlier. So you need to know BEFORE you start the project. Change a Project from 2023 to 2024 is possible at later time, but no way back.

​@@EricaandmacI see we have the same thought, so we're sticking with the purchased version. We're pretty sure it won't be free in the near future..... We've seen that with a lot of other software vendors. Everything is subscription based now. Better to play it safe and create a new account. That way your old account and version will remain untouched. That's how we do it.

This is cool but I’d like to see the IES file import feature fixed. Even as I import files from manufacturers I still have to adjust them through TM’s settings, and it wastes precious time.

The new trees are oriented towards the plane they are placed on and not straight up like the others. This makes them useless when using the paint or scatter vegetation tool..

I cant agrtee. I tested on digging ground and spacing tool with the new "Field Maple" tree. An ist works fine

I tested another time. I agree, as long you put a single one manually or use the paint or scatter tool, it follows the the plane. Just by using Area or spacing tool, it works correct. So I guess this as a bug what need to fix
