This video is art literally, they use the melody by Sebastian Bach, paintings by Claude Monet, John Everett Millais, Jean-Honoré Fragonard, Hieronymus Bosch (is the base of the mv). This concept is so elegant and classy. *Cheff kiss*

For the song Red Velvet - Feel My Rhythm they took a sampling of classical music from the famous composer, Johann Sebastian Bach - Air On The G String. In addition, Red Velvet also adapts famous paintings from the Middle Ages, for example: 1. The Garden Of Earthly Delights - Hieronymus Bosch 2. The prince Of Hell - still taken from The Garden Of Earthly Delights 3. The Swing - Jean Honoré Fragonand 4. Ophelia - John Everett Millais 5. Woman with paraso - Claude Monet 6. Lady Looking Behind The Wall - Paul Philippoteaux The song Feel My Rhythm is still in the concept of The Reve Festival. That means it's still the same as Reve Festival 1 Zimzalabim, Reve Festival 2 Umpah Umpah, Reve Festival 3 Psycho.. SM itself mentioned that RV itself is still in the Spring concept.. and Joy said that this year there will be frequent comebacks.. maybe summer RV will comeback again

Some one said the video is inspired by Boschs Garden series, the three paintings known as "the garden", "the garden of earthly delights", and "hell"

Also when Joy is in the pond at the beginning that's Ofelia by Millias and Irene holding a parasol with Seulgi on the hill is another painting by Monet. Good observation with Bosch

You said it best: the song and the MV are very pretty, in the best, possible way. The stylist killed it. They also released a Japanese MV: “Wildside” - very different feel :-)

Wait, so maybe you've mentioned this before in some other vid of yours and I might not have paid enough attention, but do you have a musical background yourself? I am just wondering because you were able to instantly recognize that they sampled the melody from Sebastian Bach and not many people would be able to do that without a musical background. Great reaction as always ofc, keep up the great work. As a twin myself, fraternal, I am lowkey jealous of y'alls close relationship lol.
@jordanrose212 жыл бұрын
Hi! Ya I do have a music background. I took a lot of music theory, and music history classes in high school and college 😂. Luckily, it’s a popular classical piece, cause I don’t remember a lot. Awww I’m sorry that you aren’t close with your twin 😞

@@jordanrose21 Okay, fair enough. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of it. Some reactors still don't watch videos all the way through and then they have questions. That bothers me when it happens. I'm glad you finished this, even if not on-camera. :)

Waooo!!!....Amazing reaction my friends!! ...You are so beautifull!!...Here you have your best gift of your life, because with that face, you are going to get 1 million of views in one day!!....Today it is very difficult to find reactors like you who have never reacted to the best singer in the world, Dimash Kudaibergen, who has 7 octaves and 3 semitones vocal range (An alien) ... Maybe someone made you a request to react to Dimash, but you have not had time .... I am going to dare to recommend that you meet Dimash, because when you do it for the first time, your life as reactor will change forever ....For example, the number of views that you have today, it will increase by 300% in a matter of a few hours and you will get a lot of new subscribers.....But when you react to Dimash, don't do it with his most recent songs ... I recommend that you go to the year 2017 and react to the song that made him a global idol ... I mean the performance he did Dimash from the famous French song called "SOS D'un Terrien en Détresse", when he participated in the famous Chinese reality show The Singer in that year 2017 ... With that performance Dimash earned the reputation of being the best singer on the planet, so I recommend you start with that one.... You can also start with the other famous live version of that song that Dimash did the following year 2018 when he was invited to the famous Slavic Bazzar festival in Belarus .... Both performances are from another planet...And I have to give you a warning: Never react to The World Best videos, because they suck!...Your life will never be the same again, after reacting for the first time to Dimash...And your first reaction to Dimash will be something very special, so I recommend that you do the best job of your life as a reactor, because that first video will be seen by thousands of people around the world, maybe millions...I hope to see you first reaction soon and if you don't mind, I'd like you to mention me as the person who recommended reacting to Dimash....Here you have the best high quality video of Dimash performing S.O.S. Live 2017.....kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHW7ZHmeot6Bl8U

This was their maleficent motiff. Only redvelvet could come up with a concept like this, kind of a low key visual homage to bts blood sweat and tears, kpop does love the Renaissance era. This and psycho are my fav rv songs although most of their discography isn't that far off. 8yrs...yes they passed the 7yr curse of kpop so here's to expecting more amazing content from them. Great reaction 👌 🙌
