My cooking skills do not match my appetite in the slightest, but watching some of your cooking videos, they’re proper giving me the boost to improving and start doing other stuff while out on the road. Mark, looks delicious, have got to say! Wanted to ask, before this whole nonsense kicked off I was thinking about a career change and had booked my Class C (with a view to doing C+E soon after) had passed all the theory elements. Got cancelled due to the virus, bt wondered what you thought about someone entering the industry as a career change (early 40's). I'm pretty open to doing anything and potentially time away tramping wouldn't be a worry. Wonder what you think, Hope you stay safe. Cheers!
