So sorry to hear about your dad, Sam. Maybe it provides some kind of comfort that he got to share the precious time of you meeting and getting to know each other. He chose you to be his daughter but he seemed to happily accept Anaïs as another one. This must be the proudest dad moment I can imagine.

Omg🎉❤ I am Korean, the same age as you. I was very moved while watching your movie, but now 10 years have passed. In the past 10 years, your life has been filled with births, deaths, meetings and separations. It's even more touching because it feels like 10 years of human life are encapsulated.😍 Thank you so much for giving me news over the past 10 years, and I will wait for news in 10 years as well. First time fatherhood knocked me for six, in a good way. Everything that was 'oh, so important' beforehand was immediately put into perspective. My Son became my life. In that hospital, I experienced this new fear that this little boy was 100% dependent on us as parents. But, that fear goes away within days. These kids keep you far too busy to worry for too long. But, make sure you savour EVERY moment. Time passes by sooooo fast ... we now have three 20+ year old kids :-)

I really sympathize with “let’s get married now before anyone else dies” thinking. I’m getting married in a month. Neither my fiancé or I actually feel an overwhelming urge to get married right now just for our own sake, but our parents are getting older and frailer and we don’t want them to miss it. 🤗
