i’m from fl too you gotta use anti frizz serum and smoothing serum it really helps me, i have 3c/4a and before i started using it the looser curls would be the first to frizz and not hold as long, now i can make my twists outs and braid outs stretch for a week plus

I thank you for your video! 🙏🏾 So.... because I don't know how to do flat twists, I just twisted the crown of my hair towards the front of my face where my short bangs would be, and then I put a few perm rods in.
