Me screaming all the way from Maryland saying "Yes girl". 😁 Your points on the shorter your hair the smaller your twist should be. That is a point I never considered while I sit here with my somewhat frizzy twist out.😂 Also, the freshly washed and deep conditioned hair matters. The 2 cornrows for stretching is a plus as well. Lastly, you have several small twist which I never do and with all of this I think it would make the difference for me. Thank you so much for this video. Try banding while damp right after you come from under the dryer or halfway through your time under the dryer so it dries into a stretched state as opposed to banding after it’s dry. Also, consider banding in smaller sections for more stretch. That product combo never fails you!!

I only do twist outs and to stretch my hair the night of day one, I braid them up, in like three braids each side. My hair goes from my ears to a little bit above my bra strap. I haven't used heat in like a year. Great video tho🖤

Yessss Sis. The twist out is backkk 👏🏾👏🏾 and looking healthier than ever after the hair color. My hair finally acting right and is back healthy after color. If i want color i'll use something like hair paint wax instead or maybe a temporary color vs a permanent color. After the color disaster this year i'm afraid to ever get permanent color again. For the flakiness, the products didn’t mix well together so the chemistry was off. You can test patch what products mix well. If it comes out smooth, your good. If it comes out chunky try another product(s) til it comes out smooth

Hey Jess, I’m a really big fan I just wanted to give you some information about stretching with bands. I use bands all the time And I find it works better while your hair is a little damp. Like you always say use oil for the take down ,so make sure when damp you’re also taking it out with oil.
