I'm fairly certain they've increased the drop rates of clue scrolls in TL, It feels like 40% of players have one of the medium clue boots, ive done like 3, and have 2 wizard boots

Here's an idea. Try to contact Jagex team to transfer u ranger boots to your normal game account in lieu of the point reward currency post-league. Make sure you @ a content dev as well and not the support account
