Yeah I don't understand in Twisted Metal 3 and 4 whenever a female dies they scream like a male. In the second game, you'll hear a woman scream if you destroyed her like Outlaw 2 for example.

Because you don't want your other opponents to get the half or full health. If this happens, then you'll be forced to try to kill them again. I've done this myself, actually.
