this is my favorite twisted metal played it so damn much when i first went up against prime evil i thought he was impossible to beat until i figured out how to freeze him a push him off the blimp using thumper. good times

tittymcsag yeah, those memories). I used to play it a lot when I was a kid. Once I changed difficulty and played on PL mode. It was insanely hard. I lost all my lives till the end of the second level. But when I made my comeback in the game which was like two years ago, I found this difficult the one feature which makes the game a masterpiece indeed. It was like the whole other game. And I still play it. I still consider this game to be the best one from the entire franchise)

Arccosinus' opinion twisted 3 and 4 aren't even considered twisted metal games by the original designer. The games physics were awful. Twisted metal 2 is by far the best in the series. But everyones entitled to their opinion

+David Steck TM3 gets a lot of unwarranted hate. It's a great game but many couldn't handled the updated physics. The slightly slower pace made it better to play. But I fail to see how anyone who loves vehicular combat games would find this update to TM1 and TM2 so unbearable. Playing as Minion in this really made you feel like a bad ass. 😎

This was sick. I've always thought about putting dynamite right where primeval always turns to go around the hole.... to where you could detonate it right behind him, so he'd be pushed forward into the hole.... don't know if it would work, but your tactic worked just fine. Playing this game is basicly: You see the HEALTH ITEM in the distance. You panic, since all the enemy cars are trying to get it before you. You desperately try to Turbo over to it, but realize the control sucks so bad you cant even point the car

It's hard to tell. It's in shape of image consisting of like 20-25 parts (.cue). If that thing supports such format then you're good to go! It's still being tested though (car balance mainly)

Freaking love this game. My cousin and I would do cheats for unlimited ammo (and I think one to make the cannonballs bigger?), then we would just spam the hell out of the cannonballs and watch a million of them take over the map.

@@arccosinusopinion2323 it really was, I use to exploit the game to get the best experience out of it, like for instant, a cheat code to make weapons even stronger so I would go into the multiplayer mode and have all club kids or warthogs doesn't really matter and it would be mayhem! Warthogs special would send you flying so imagine 8 of them coming only for you (I think there was a cheat code for CPUs to only attack you) or club kids vortex literally littered around the map such good times 😁

I have the 4th and the 2nd now because the second is on PS4. That's fun to play and get trophies, is hard tho. I liked the 4th a lot and brought up the flipping part because they like fixed it in the 4th. I never really like just sat there just turning in the game to make the cars flip at all always did the handbrake turn because that's what you do. I will eventually probably get it to experience it and have fun with it too. I'll also get the first one too since that's also on PS4 I'll get it there to play all four of the games. Oh have you played twisted metal black on KZbin? This video is the first I've seen of yours actually.

@@photondebuger45 No. I like only the 3rd iteration. You got to lay your hands on the third one. The AI is as AIy as it gets. As a matter of fact it gets to mimic the player and his moves and when you play against it it seems as though you are playing against an actual person

So they do questionable things as choices I think but like as to mimic a person as ai and learn. Sony did that another time they did that with Rayman, they learn your strats if you don't beat them quick. That makes way more sense in this that the ai does that now.

How did you get Primeval to spawn before destroying the four lazer things? Is it a matter of how long it takes for them to spawn back, or was it a glitch due to the emulator you used?

I know of another glitch that will make him spawn twice instead of once. It is difficult to make it work but well worth it. I discovered this when I was bored and playing with the infinite weapons cheat code. You gotta collect the Lightning pick-up, find a safe spot and spam it as fast as you can using ''rear attack ''. With enough luck all 5 contestants will die at about the same time, and then Primeval will spawn. Kill him, and the other vehicles will respawn again as if nothing ever happened. Destroy all the switches, and get ready to meet him once more.

Javier Desantiago there is a glitch. You can destroy the main switch without having to destroy other ones. You have to have a proper car (not all the cars can do that), get started from some distance from the switch, speed up and move as fast as you can, heading to the switch. In the moment of the crush don't forget to use a specific weapon - fire or power missile and some other weapon. If all is done right, you'll get the main switch off without the need to destroy other switches

Awesome playing. Thumper seems great. Do you know how to get the stage passwords to actually work? It sounds insane but Im playing on an emulator and when I enter the stage passwords that the game gives me, the password screen just boots me back to the title menu like nothing happened. I got it to work one time and never again. I havent figured out if its the emulator or just how the game works. I have some other emulators besides the two retroarch cores that I can try. Any feedback on this would be a huge help. Maybe Im doing something wrong.

I got it in 2017 or earlier when my friend collected all the roms for the emulation PC he built. Whats the difference with the custom one?
