That's a feature of the level. You have to destroy all laser wall grids for them to stop respawning.

I was playing as road kill, in Area 51, I shot one laser thing on the wall and hear a girls lough. Iv found nothing online about this so wanted to post it here. I know Road kill has something to do with this level because he talks about it in his Info bio. Any one got any clues?
