Twisted Metal 3 Speedrun Mr. Grimm World Record!!!

Mr. Grimm is the worse character to speedrun with and it's for a reason you might not think of. The weapons come out of his side car and when you shoot napalms or mortars they shoot higher than the other vehicles. You may not notice that casually but for speedrunning you rely heavily on napalms on mortars, since it's the quickest way to kill everyone.
