Twisted Metal 3 Speedrun Spectre

Spectre is one of my favourite vehicles in the series, sadly I don't think he is good for speedrunning. His main problem is that his special is too weak to be able to do damage fast. I think his special damage should be increased and maybe he would be more useable.

There needs to be a challenge where you must beat a level in one whole level song. No repeats, except when the bosses appear.
