When waiting for the boat to dock, you fell the calm before the storm

Yeah, and the way that twisted metal black played out in the prison passage level, the storm was very tropical indeed.

EDIT: I changed it from Russian to no holds barred because I figured it'd be every man for themselves regardless of where they came from. I imagine some crazy gladiatorial esque no-holds barred "Every man for himself" fight club going on in the cafeteria while the song is about to play, a la Resistance 3 in the Graterford prison. Person A Vs. Person B. You choose your weapon; frying pans, shivs, broken off pieces of porcelain toilets, ropes, and even a hammer are the instruments to be chosen. The footsteps are the crooked guards wanting in to see this sadistic bloodsport. The cell doors open and the inmates such as cannibals, mercenaries, disgraced military servicemembers, gang members, and others pile in to see this animalistic combat. Meanwhile the prison siren sounds. Things stop to a halt. There's an incoming boat that's about to dock filled with new "recruits" that distracts and catches the inmate's and guard's eyes from the combat. "FRESH F***ING MEAT BOYS!"

I recently got an emulator on my PC and the first game I downloaded the ROM for was TM:B. I forgot just how hard this game was lole, but slowly I progressed through the arenas. When I made it to this map and heard the ambience, my GOD lads. It sounded like I was in a hellscape, it fitted perfectly with this game. The sound design, characters, maps and music is so expertly done. If ever another Twisted Metal releases one day, I sure hope they take after the best that was done with TM:B. I would buy a Playstation in a heartbeat.

This was such an epic game for its time… they can’t make things like this anymore. From the soundtrack to the character designs, stories and descriptions. And even the whole thing about the game being a concept in Sweet Tooth’s mind. Wish they made a movie over this theme, although I know if it wasn’t made from the original game designers idea it wouldn’t be the same.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. Over the past year or so, I've been feeling unmotivated about everything in my life to the point where I want to just lay down in bed all the time and do nothing but sleep. I apologize for the big hiatus, but now until recently, I've gotten back into doing video game ost videos at the moment.

Some SFXs in this are similar to what you hear in the "Apetitan" OST from Attack On Titan. Most prominently for me, is this high-pitched electronic hiss that sounds a bit like a monkey scream, which is also present in "Apetitan".
