How to decoupage shoes/heels, DIY upcycled shoes

They look beautiful! That would be a great way to bring new life to old, scuffed up shoes. I'm not sure I'd want to do it with a pair of shoes that still looked as nice as these.

Will the decoupage actually hold up to shoe wear and tear?

Make sure you give it a good coat with PVA or mod podge and it should hold up nicely.
