CadiaN is an IGL. People don't understand how hard it is to play and call at a high level at the same time. On Heroic CadiaN had built an in-depth system so that he could focus less on calling and more on playing. He knew his players, their strengths, tendencies, and they knew the system, making everything faster and more efficient, allowing for CadiaN to be able to say less to get more. It's a new team, with new players all coming from different teams. They have no established system. That means CadiaN will have to micro-manage and be WAY more specific with his calling. That means he can't focus on his own game and individual play. Him focusing on his own game and not doing his job would be a sign of this Liquid team failing at step 1. But he IS doing his job. Don't forget it's a new game too. CadiaN's form being bad right now says nothing bad about him. It's to be expected. His form will naturally come back to normal as the team becomes more prepared, and the other players gain familiarity with a system that allows CadiaN to focus more on big picture and his own game while placing trust in his players to perform the smaller things correctly, intelligently and efficiently.

Yeah NAF had a bad map on Nuke as well, happens. But he is consistent in 90% of the games they play. Skullz mid round looks lost and he isn’t the support player? Liquid wont last, twistz is too much of a perfectionist and karrigan was that perfectionist micromanging type of leader which is why they synergjsed ao well together… everything was perfection - he will quickly realise what a mistake he has made, unfortunately liquid just dont have the collective experience or brain power to come anywhere near faze’s sealing. The only issue with faze is frozens inexperience and game IQ - but karrigan will quickly sort that out
