pretty sure 'randomizer' means the evolutions have a tiny chance of being good, spawns are usually terrible, and all other trainers have legendary pokemon

@@GabePuratekuta it definitely does not, dude. That's a setting you have to activate in the randomizer, at least the UPR be may not have done that on purpose or had that opinion in the one he used
