Hey you can turn off dust and the dust bunnies on that pack. You would Go to Options > Game Options > Pack Settings, Scroll down to the Bust the Dust Kit and then Uncheck the Enable Dust System box.

With the childbirth mod u don’t have to have a c section with the twins, you’ll be able to do the other options with twins. Loveee the video💕

For the dust bunnies if you have basemental mod it comes with an optional package file for bust the dust kit that automatically disables the bunnies..
