A better way to make money is probably to enable the scare seeker lot trait on your haunted house. Have a house party or something with lots of sims and scare people. You get items in your inventory in addition to the fear essence to sell. Then put them on a selling table with 300% markup.

they really did a great job with the looks of this town. Everyting in this Pack looks so pretty and I will definitely move the Goth Family there. I've played the Sims 1 Loved it and was so upset that my computer wasn't able to run the game anymore that I griefed over this for so long that I missed out on the Sims 2 and 3 so that I missed a lot of lore with the Goth family, But I know the family on wich they based on pretty well and with that Willow Creek always lookes way to nice and Sunny for them, THIS World is perfect for them, at least for me

i learned this the other day by accident, but when youre buying or selling something in bulk, like simsie was doing and she was clicking a LOT, if you right click, it goes up 10 at a time instead of 1 at a time. if there is less than 10 items, it goes to max number (i.e. there are four items and i right click, it goes to 4 since there isnt 10) if that makes sense. complete lifesaver for me

But it seems that the ghost ability tree is in a different section of the sim menu than the spellcaster/vampire/werewolf abilities. So im pretty sure they can have both abilities which is great news! Cos i was worried about that too

One of these grim-related traits automatically trigger a life challenge for the player to fulfill the player's ghost sim's bucket list(I think its the Macabre trait that does this), The embrace death trait will make Grim almost immediately give you the chance to jump start work for him(This might be possible regardless if your in ghost mode). I have found that if a player had their sim resurrected and Immortal with the two potions but can't use the death cheats after using the Immortality potion but, decided they want their sim to become a ghost again, here's what to do: open the testing cheats cheat, then type in the CAS full-edit mode cheat, then shift click on your sim and when your in your CAS menu you are free to reselect the ghost trait of your choice for your sim and voila! your sim will have ghost powers again(Your sim will be free to use the ghost powers included with the Life & Death Expansion pack but, I don't think it will do anything to unblock the use in additional basic ghost traits cheats again though).
