Dude this really helps me a lot! I have the GOXLR and this saved my life! Streams are much better with a music when we are playing some games, but when we do that we have 2 problems: vods muted and we cant use the content on youtube because of copyrights. With this feature I can keep booth, my VODS are safe now and I still can use the videos to post on my youtube channel

This works great but I noticed when you use this you can no longer control the audio volume on the mixer. You have to change the volume via OBS which is kind of annoying not knowing how stream hears where as how it's meant to be with OBS/GoXLR the stream hears how you hear it

Very nice video! I have a question lets say I have a copyrighted song clip as a sample as one of the sample buttons on my goxlr is there anyway to have that not play during the vod? I am using the button played through my mic so my teammates can hear it as well. It might be tricky or simple but i haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks either way if you know what to do or not!

Works perfect, except when I do a OBS Recording (recording tab in the output section) and I have track 1 checked, and 2 unchecked, I still hear the music from the saved recording file. Any ideas why this is happening ?

Good luck. Also, I will be doing a KZbin Tutorial soon myself for this setup. My setup is a 2 PC Stream setup, so It is a little different, but It works. Another thing I am working on is to be able to remove Twitch overlays from the Recordings so I can upload them to KZbin. When I get It working I will make a video.

What I do is run Spotify on the stream PC, and have it going to a separate output channel (in my case Realtek, which is the same channel as my alerts). Then configure inside OBS the same way (using the Realtek channel as a second audio input along with broadcast mix). I hear alerts/music on the line in running from stream PC into GoXLR

So I did everything correctly but my audio sounded like it was doubled up, two sounds at once after I went back to watch the VOD. & I tried reverting back to my old settings but now I have absolutely no in-game volume at all. You only hear my voice on the VOD. But when I’m live, you can hear the game and everything just fine.

You might have monitoring on under Audio Monitoring in Advanced Audio Properties
