I have the AF15 and works brilliantly, I love it -practical, easy and sturdy!! I want now to upgrade either to this AF15 PRO or the CF16

I am still looking for a selfie stick for my iPhone that will control the zoom in and out with the BT remote. I think that I read somewhere that Apple may have made that difficult and even though the function buttons exist on the remote control, they DO NOT work with iPhones/iPads.

Apple have a way of locking things, so I would not be surprised if it's not working.

Selfie sticks are not only for selfies. A lot of times you can use it for a better angle of view in your shootings. This one looks good and may be durable but due to too many bad prior experiences, I can not trust anything made up of plastic, nor do I trust any phone holder that is purely made by self-retaining springs and has no tightening knob. Thanks for the review.

For day to day or professional use I would not trust plastic either. But for random use it seems to be good. We will see how it lasts over the years, but knowing myself, something dramatical needs to happen for me to give up on fixing it :))

does the remote control use CR batteries?

I think it's something similar to computer BIOS batteries, but not sure if exact same model.

have you tried to pull the stick fully before pushing the other one inside to lock the legs ?

Tried now. There is no locking mechanism.

Hi, you mentioned that you tried it with Samsung phone and it worked fine. Can you confirm that the Zoom In/Out and camera change works with Samsung but not only the shutter button. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi. I don't remember exactly my first test with a Samsung, but I tested again today and only the shutter button is working.
