@@benzienugent2010 back then there were a couple players that were absolutely dominating everyone else though. you had prime taylor, prime mvg, prime adrian lewis, nowadays its more equal, nobody is miles ahead of anyone in terms of averages and stuff

Superb entertainment. Wow, Phil Taylor was the bollox. The crowd was going ballistic and the atmosphere was summat else. I miss Sid Waddell's legendary commentary too "as sick as a chip in a McCain factory!" A true one off. RIP Sid and his fellow commentator Dave Lanning.
