Hello Bridget. :-) Firstly having seen just four of your videos, it is clear that you have a wealth of knowledge you can sell to both people of Zambia and foreigners- who want security in the build, but like you do not want to be pressured in paying too much or get shafted with poor work. My suggestion is something different- and more lucrative possibly. Make a small garden around your home- just for your own pleasure. Advertise for your services of helping people built. If I wanted to build in Zambia- I would reach out to someone like you 1. who knows the country 2. Have lived both in the US/western country. 3. Own experience with building. 4. Has good connections via your family and brothers, but also locals/workers/government/culture/language. If you got money from this consultancy, you could build an office building on your own place- if that is allowed. Hire others to help you- employ them part or full time. Another thing gong for you is your personality and your honestly. Perhaps even the fact you are a woman- not going to say that a woman is more honest than a man or woman- but in this instance- with your poise and soft-speaking, it will appeal to people who do not want a fast talking male person to tell them what is what.. but someone like you who is not pushy as you say. Also one can sense that you have worked HARD for that money and do not want to waste it. At least as a female I would appreciate that. Hmm. I do not have a lot of money, but if I wanted to build in Zambia, I would lover your advice. :-) People can pay according to size of project, what you provide and an hourly wage or a project quote. You have amazing potential and more resources than you know.

Greetings Bridget. Wow the land has a lot of potential. I wouldn't recommend selling. Just to add to the list of immediate business ideas. In the UK we have what we call Glamping, it's basically temporary accommodation specifically for holidays and vacations. The accommodation is simple to put up. Comes prefab, or tents. But beautifully designed. The challenge is finding someone honest to manage the business on your behalf as you have pointed out. I believe this would work well as a start up business 😊

Wesley, as usual you gave me great feedback. I had to look up Glamping for a definition and though the term is new to me, the concept is familiar. Glamorous camping is right up my alley. I will definitely do some research into this. The safari camps I went to actually employ this exact concept.with tents. Thank you 🙏

Hi Bridget, I've taken a look at the land you mentioned, and I think it's a great piece of property. The success of any business venture, of course, depends on its positioning. I would recommend conducting a feasibility study to determine the most suitable business for the area. Upon reflection, I'm inclined to suggest considering a tourist accommodation venue. The location seems ideal for it. However, this is just a thought, and a proper study would give more insights. Best of luck with your decision, and feel free to explore other possibilities based on the study results! Cheers,

Seeing your video of furniture- you might have a small shop that produce qualtiy bed frams and side boards/tables. You must be albe to make them and sell them cheaper than the store you were in.. coming from Denmark, design and minimalism is something we all own, perhaps not the style there, but I bet it would hit big with expants/foreigners

Firstly, get a certified professional to value your property, depending on the value, you can use it as collateral to get a loan from a bank and use the money to build apartments for short and long term stay, it's very important to know the value of your property before you do anything.
