There are many things to like about the apartment: there are several patios/balconies, the view to the outdoors, the privacy despite being on a lower level, the size of the kitchen and the wonderful bedroom closets. I also like the plants and greenery outside before entering the building. The things I don't like are the dirty looking grouting throughout the apartment but especially in the bathrooms and the wall plaster damage. I think this is caused by condensation and even if repaired it will keep happening.
