House is well done BUT How many times should Landlords be told 'Toilet before the Showerhead!' this washroom design shouldn't even be on such a house costing 30K for starters. Separate the Shower & Toilet or at least let the toilet come 1st then showerhead at the very far end with a 'separating pavement'. I wouldn't take this house just because of that washroom, total turn off!!

30K Kenyan shillings is like 254 US dollars so that’s very cheap. And you have to remember a lot of African apt./ home designs is based off European standards, old and new. If you don’t like the bathroom design, they are PLENTY of other apartments/homes that have the shower separate from the toilet. Kenya has GORGEOUS apartments and homes.

@@its.indigo.pulchritudinous 254USD isn't 'cheap' for the location these houses are in, the washrooms are done similarly to bedsitters/studios costing 100USD or less.

@@its.indigo.pulchritudinous 30k for such a basic house located in kasarani isn't cheap, converting it to USD doesn't make it cheap, cause that's not how conversion works. The house is overpriced, there are way better houses at a cheaper price and the combined washroom should be unacceptable when you are paying that much

This apartment is SPECTACULAR! I’m not fond of the bathrooms but I could make it work. I’m so considering moving to Africa. Kenya, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, and even some places in Zaire is beautiful (don’t know about moving to Zaire) but nonetheless, still beautiful places.
