@ZipporahKagoh we don't have standard rate , there are alot of factors which dictates the price

Ken awasi is black cotton soil, tell us how you did it from the ground.

We had to excavate then we rammed the floor with marum before doing the floor, but we have to use the polythene to prevent the moisture. In my next video I will explain this into details
