Two-Bit Review - Barkerville

This is a Two-Bit Review of Barkerville,
An amazing old mining town from the mid 1800’s in beautiful British Columbia.
The Good:
Great representation of what life was like in the mid 1800’s
Amazing, preserved buildings
Gives you a glimpse into their lives
Many old style coffee shops and café’s for food,
Tours daily
Bed & Breakfast on location so you can immerse yourself
Horse & buggy rides daily
Close to Wells BC, which another great place to visit
The Bad:
No real bads….
It is a 1 hour drive in from Quesnel so a bit far, not much can change that,
Not much else around, (only Wells)
We really enjoyed our visit here, three hours disappeared very quickly
This attraction rates a 9/10 as far as we are concerned, it is worth coming to see....
