Two blades fine grading a building pad on GPS

Top operators in Southern California with a 14H blade rough grading ahead while 14M fine grading to within .03 hundreths.
Tolerance of about .03 hundreths had to be maintained overall for concrete crews.
Grade checker is constantly checking grade using GPS for the design elevation in one hand and a laser rod in the other hand to check elevation; communicating to the blade operator with hand signals whether he needs to go up/down couple hundreths to a hundredth but nothing too radical.
Trimble GPS system used.
