Yeah! Simon with the Zwei Strength build. The stamina management is going to be the biggest challenge while using shields. Bless dora, the game makes u feel like shit when u lose but legendary when u win. I love to see the development in ppls skills in these games, see warriors in the making. I'm trying my best not to fill the comments with tips, dont always roll backwards, stamina management, spell animations can get u killed so know ur spells. Jump attacks... Parrying!!! But you guys are warrior's and it will soon show

Last little tip, directed at Neebs cause I beat the game leaning heavily into the dragon-head sorcery. It's super fun, you just need some friends to distract the enemy for a second and then you can absolutely melt them. If those are the primary incantations you want to use, you should get the Dragon Communion Seal to boost their power. Good news, the Dragon Communion Seal is located in the Fringefolk Hero's Grave, which is right next to the first site of Grace in the game: Stranded Graveyard. If you want a little more direction that that, once you're in the Hero's Grave and have progressed to where you can choose to go up a ramp or down a ramp, go up and defeat the enemy who will drop the item. Another quick tip: Appsro, the madness -based (usually yellow) spells are really effective against tarnished characters (like Patches*), but kinda suck against everything else. Tarnished characters like Patches are rare, so you may want to consider memorizing a second Faith-scaling incantation like Pest Threads. *I'm no Vaati, but it isn't always clear to me when an enemy is tarnished. My rule of thumb was if it's just some dude (whose skin isn't fucked up like Mr. Hobbles) , they're probably tarnished.

You can read what the cookbook has, if you look at the bottom of the screen it tells you which button to press. Also try not to panic roll it will get you killed, read the telegraph and use them i-frames
