Literally had a guy tell me that after I told him he can't park on a sidewalk. He was parked on two bike lanes, a pedestrian crossing and tactile plates for the blind, his response was "but I live here" and "do you see any blind people here?". fun fact in germany we have a ''sidewalk sign'' it actually shows a mother and their child. theres also one with a sidewalk which often is combinated with it if theres only the mother theres no bicycles allowed (to ride) but to walk the bicycle

I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, and even I know that driving on the sidewalks is prohibited by Article 9.9. Why do these amateurs think that THEY are going to be the one to argue with you and get by? Why are they so ready to argue right until a sticker is applied? I still believe that if you get the towing people to work with you and tow more cars, your job would eventually be easier. Money and time spent are embedded in the minds of those who have to pay.
