On the last episode we witnessed two D3 Basketball players, One Former (D'vontay Friga) and One Current (Octavio Brito), clash in a very offensively dominant 1v1. After game one of Octavio seeming to get whatever he wanted, D'vontay came into game two with vengeance and took Octavio to the basket effortlessly to secure a game two victory. Friga needs to be decisive immediately out the gate. People expect you to keep settling for the jump shot. Mix it up! Change of direction, work on your speed burst as it would make your triple threat and jab more effective. After driving on two steps, stop and pop (midrange). Also, lateral hop step when having a lengthy defender. Respecting your grind Frig! Impressive how your game keeps evolving!

That’s one of the things that should be respected about Friga, he NEVER cries about the refs and he handles himself with dignity.
