Two Dairy Farmers go to Switzerland!

We went to Switzerland and Germany! Had a great two week trip. This overview video shares the highlights of our trip. We will publish more videos with more detail including cows, hay making, dairy farms, and cheesemaking!

Sooo lucky! I lived in Germany as a teen in the 60’s . And we traveled to Switzerland and a number of smaller countries like Holland. Beautiful!

I lived in Germany for 1yr and the food is incredible. I also went to Switzerland as well as France and Spain.

The cheese makers we visited use animal rennet. We also use animal rennet for the cheeses we make.
