I have blouse envy, I read the comments and had to agree about the green blouse, just stunning, and the colour is so complimentary, and then you went and put the white blouse on, and I fell in love all over again, I am a sucker for a white blouse, now I don’t know which is my favourite 🤔

@@mandiesmaison458 that's Mandie. I love both of them. The white embroidery is beautiful though. ❤️

@@linvin18 I'm really excited about the chair. The older one is a mess so it was well overdue for a makeover. ❤️

Oh Kim. Both your makes are gorgeous. You look so lovely in both but the green clearly suits you. The white version is so pretty also. Your lip cover is gorgeous. On the Parisian fabric it is so chic. Fabulous makes as always.😍😘

Two beautiful blouses. That is a lovely pattern for both types of fabric and I love the way the sleeves show off the embroidery on white fabric. The Paris fabric with the lips is a cute idea. I hope you don't have to wait long for you chair. I'm not ready to think about fall/winter even though our temps have dropped this week and it's raining every day. I'm in denial that the warm sunny days are over in Seattle. We usually have a beautiful Sept. so there's still hope.

@@kathymcconville6428 thanks Kathy. The weather has changed all of a sudden here and I'm very quite cold this evening, so I'll have no option but to think warm, cozy clothes. Though next week's make will make you laugh 😂😂 ❤️

@@stash_stitcher Can't wait, Kim. Sounds like fun. I'm going to go back and watch your epp video again. I got the book and I'm thinking of making a cushion like yours in Christmas prints. I have some I like but can never think of what to do with them.

Hi Kim, love these makes as always. I am fairly new to your channel and am wondering if you have shared the details of the project sheets you use in a previous episide. I would be interested to take a closer look. Thank you for a great channel. I look forward to you posting every week.

@@elainebracken9957 thanks Elaine. The projects sheets are linked in every video I publish. Saying that wait a few days as I'm going to update it tomorrow and swap it out. I've found my projects sheets so helpful. I refer back to them all the time. Very useful if you're a new sewist as you are learning so much. Glad you're enjoying my channel. Have a lovely week ❤️

Love both your makes but then I'm probably biased as I have just made my 6th version 😂 I did a button back hack on this one and also doubled the width of the sleeve band as the fabric frayed like crazy. I haven't done the hem facing yet as I have used remnants. I have a short torso so I can get a short sleeve out of a metre ❤ I usually bind the neckline as I prefer that. I have done 1 in double gauze, 2 in linen and 3 in viscose.

@@quiltygal6981Thank you. I think I'd like to make one in double gauze. I can see why you've made 6. They are lovely. ❤️

Gorgeous makes ❤. Would the dart of been in the correct place if you'd of made the larger of the bust adjustments? Then you might of been able drop down a size
@stash_stitcher4 ай бұрын
@@bevtooth thanks Bev. I'll check the pattern again, but I thought the original placement was very high and this FBA size didn't actually move the dart down, but I'll check. Maybe I missed something. Have a lovely week ❤️

Both your tops are lovely. I am a recent convert to Pattern Emporium patterns, and I am just doing a muslin of the Balloon Sleeve Top. It's probably the only pattern company where my measurements fit into one size. Usually my hips need to go up one size. I don't need the FBA so I'm using the standard front piece, but the bust point is marked and it does look quite high for me - I usually have to lower bust darts so not sure how I'm going to tackle that. I'll see how the muslin fits. I have a viscose challis for the actual top, and I've never worked with it before so hopefully I won't have any issues. I'm not doing the centre front seam as my fabric is patterned and I didn't want to split it or have to pattern match (or have another seam that potentially may stretch out!). I am thinking of making the Coco Pants in the same fabric as a faux jumpsuit, but we'll see how they work together before deciding - they may just end up as separates with plain top or bottoms.

@@Yorkygirl59 you will love making this top Diane. It's been a successful make for me. Like you my hips are always a bigger size, but other than the FBA and bust darts adjustment I've made no other changes, so that a win-win. I love where the sleeves fall on my arm. They are a lovely design feature. My jungle print version is made in rayon challis and it's so soft and drapey. Good luck with your make ❤️
