Two Different Prezis: Prezi Classic and Prezi Next

I'm so disappointed with prezi Next! I used to teach prezi for school teachers, and having both options was ideal for everyone but now they are so limited with just prezi next

It makes me wonder sometimes... I know they have a deadline - 2020 - to get off the Adobe Flash platform. It's disappointing that the non-Flash version is so different from the original. I think we'll be seeing more features added over time.

It's almost as if they didn't know who their original user base was... and tried to steer things in another direction. (Look who's talking... I'm from the academic realm. What do I know?!?)

Is there anyway to get Prezi Classic? Because the Prezi Next is drive me to crazy :((( I quite Powerpoint because it tight me up at creative a new idea meanwhile Prezi do the same :(( Prezi Next took so much feature from the Prezi Classic :((

Hi Robin, thanks for the intro. I have just signed up for the free account & only get Prezi Next & found out that Prezi Next can't inside audio/voiceover which my client need it. So will I be able to get the feature if I sign up for the pro? Thanks so much.

Unfortunately Prezi Next does not support audio, even if you have a premium account. It's high on their list of feature upgrades. As of now (June 2017) they don't support it.

when will prezi next supported chinese?? i was really sad that chinese edition is not supported ~ can i know the reason why the user started after 2017/4 can't use prezi classic??

Prezi has been really slow in supporting several languages, despite complaints from users. Prezi's explanation for not allowing any new Prezi Classic accounts is because they don't want anyone new getting used to the old Flash version since Flash is obsolete.

Prezi Next... seriously?. All I wanted, really ALL I wanted was the invisible frame feature. I registered and canceled 3 accounts with Prezi today - one after the other - only to find out that I'm out of luck and it's not some rookie mistake I'm making at the signup, like I'm selecting the wrong type of product or something! Customer service, chat, phone, email? Nooo, you have to upgrade your plan to contact them! Took me two hours with my colleague that recommended Prezi to me to figure out why I don't have the option to add invisible frames to my Prezi-ntation. Oh, and customer beware: even though I canceled my account, they didn't suspend the PayPal payment. I logged in to my PayPal to check and it was active. I had to cancel manually from there. Disappointed :(

There are two workarounds for Prezi Next invisible frames. 1. Use the animation called Zoom to area or 2. Change the color of the topic cover to transparent. Watch for my new course, Transition to Prezi Next, to learn this and other workarounds.

The only way to use the original Prezi Classic is if you already had a Prezi account prior to April 2017. Anyone who starts Prezi with a new account will only have Prezi Next.

I know, right? It's the most requested language Prezi gets and STILL they don't support it. I don't know what they're thinking.
