Unironically one of the greatest albums of all time, wasn't kidding in my comment on your post announcing this originally when i explained how he's truly making music like nobody else. You guys immediately felt the first glimpse of what I was talking about on "I think..." It really gets better the more you listen + the more you like bladee, drainers can attest He's putting the songs together in a very particular way, has to do with the phenomenology of music I think. Other people are writing for a rubric for a commercial product, bladee is making music for the purpose it existed for prior to the creation of things like musical notation

I love these videos cause i get to experience music i love again and see a new person's perspective. I think this made me realize The Fool is my favorite Bladee project as a whole... It's a very close fight to me tho. If EXETER is like the seed being planted, then The Fool is like the flowers at full bloom-- it's a gorgeous album

Are my top 3 but i love every song on this album, its so consistent and concise Bladee's barrier to entry, and the whole very true meme that people almost always hate then grow to love his music, is the getting-to-know the music in the same way you get to know a skill and it "*clicks*" like a bladee song does Would encourage you to listen to this album more + learn about its themes. Very basically my understanding is he's talking about the reincarnation cycle taking place everyday you don't learn your lessons, and the crucifixion either literally or metaphorically representing a 9th step added to the 8 fold path (also discussed on 333) bc 9 is associated w/ Christ and all his associates springtime/resurrection/completion-without-finality symbolism. Should do Crest next, its about life and death. The general theme of dg's music is loss & gain are the same, you can prolly google that to find loads of reddit posts + stuff ive written enough 😂
