Two Fast CN Freight Trains RACING!! Same Direction!!!

Was driving through Antioch, Illinois awhile back & got stopped by a CN intermodal. As soon as the gates went up & the lights shut off, they went right back down & a manifest went by in the other direction. Thankfully I was enough cars back that I got to see that one fly by as well! It was an amazing catch with great speeds. The one & ONLY day I don't bring my camera with me I miss one of my favorite catches ever lol

I was just up in Antioch yesterday. My friends and I rode the North Central Service up there. We were waiting for our train to go inbound, and as we were waiting a CN train came right through. It was a grain train. I was so excited when I saw it. I just love seeing a CN train for some reason.

Thank you for the comment! It was close for sure. I really had to hold the tripod when 147 showed up. It was super windy!
