Two Feral Orange Tabby Kittens

Marjan is the real friendly one and now Shenandoah is letting me pet him. There were originally 11 kittens that we trapped. They all got adopted into great homes. I still get to see Marjan. She is a very special kitty.

Oh my gosh, my orange tabby cat Puss 'n Boots was feral when he was a baby, too! His momma cat had been a wild stray! But he's socialized and happy and a sweet, lovable kitty now!!! Those little babies are just precious: too CUTE for words!!!!! :)

We once were renting a house in the Philippines. One night, after we got home from grocery shopping, there was this tabby cat, not fully grown. He was with another baby cat. The baby cat runs away, but the not-full-grown orange tabby cat just backed up. I got some bread and feed it. Then after a while it started staying next to me, like it was right next to my legs, and it was scratching its skin against my legs. He came everyday with the baby cat, but the baby cat was scared and always run away. Sadly, 3 months later, we had to move to America and someone took the house we were renting :( The poor cat who came to my house everyday and just knowing I moved... Filipinos are extreme with animals and I never knew what happened to him :'( I hope he doesn't come to my old house anymore and I hope someone nice took him and took care of him nicely...

My Red Tabby kitten has all white on part of it's lower face with a series of very light orange concentric rings on top of his head. There are two dark facial lines on one side of his head, with only one line on the other. He is white on his belly and legs, with orange down to about his forearms. The orange on his hind only goes to about his hips. The major portion of his trunk is spotted with very very light orange undercoat. His overcoat appears white. And mixed into his back ridge of very light orange, are two 'random' patches of white fur that make the ; shape!!! We rescued 'Spazz' from a lady who was driving on a gravel country road during a heavy rainstorm and thought she was about to run over a baby rabbit. When she got out to inspect, she found it was a kitten. Since this was in a very remote part out in the country, there's no way to determine if he was a stray barn cat or feral. He is, everything his name says, 'SPAZZ!!!' Constantly running around wanting to 'kill' everything and enjoys laying in wait for his prey!!! My ankles, hands, and arms are nothing but bleeding and scabbed etches!!!

I captured two feral kittens with my bare hands. Got them used to being fed, then snatched them up while they were eating. Had no problem with them. The vet had trouble listening to the chest of one of them because he would not stop purring. She had to put him on the counter next to the sink and cut the water on to get him to stop. I have had them since Oct/Nov '11 and had no trouble. One looks like a ragdoll, and the other is black and sleek.
