I've always thought your best potential is 2 handed. Back when I last bowled in the 90's, I loved that 5th arrow shot. I started bowling in 1967. lol I was a high rev one hander but as I approach 70 years old and haven't bowled in 30 years I thought about a come back and trying 2 handed on my You Tube channel. You inspired me. GO FOR IT!

I love throwing my 1 handed layout Nova 2 handed😂i also just drilled up my first 2 handed layout ball and its a super nova with like a 4 1/2 inch pin above ring finger so i think they will work nicely together

I'm a two handed bowler but I also have the ability to bowl one handed, I've learned to throw hard and straight at certain splits one handed but most importantly I've learned when I throw one handed I don't get so much hook so when lanes break down or get super dry it really helps when I switch

I say yes, get an Arsenal for two handed bowling. Watching your videos of the practice 2 weeks before bowling a regional gave me the confidence to purse the change myself and I will bowl a PBA Regional soon as a two hander.

That layout you have on the Nova actually is very usable for 2 handed. To know for sure find your PAP 2 handed and check. Me personally allot of my Asymmetrical equipment is laid out similar to your Nova which translates to pin down for me.

Definitely get a two handed arsenal!! Your killing it two handed! Pitches alone between one handed vs two handed are different enough that I notice a difference. I first started one handed, tried two handed and loved it so filled the thumb holes. Went and bought some balls drilled two handed and they roll way better and I have a lot more control at the release. Also your PAP changed a lot between one handed vs two.

I remember you said the ball rolls weird with the plugged thumb. So my suggestion is if you are going to bowl two hands and don’t have time to find your PAP, etc, buy a mid range ball and use 5 over x 0 up for now.

Do it. Get yourself a 2-handed arsenal. Walter Ray Williams does both. In fact, I believe he threw 1-handed and 2-handed at the TOC last week. I’m pretty sure he threw both ways during the tournament.

Have you tried one hand thumb out? Getting my second ball drilled for that. Have 4 balls for thumb in. Back in the 90s I could use the same ball and bowl either way. Taking 4 balls meant you had 8 options! Can't do that anymore

i can't release it right with 2 hands, i use 1 hand no thumb. the nova is a beast at slow rev and high rev, my wife throws it slow af it still crushes the pocket mine hooks super hard at brooklyn a lot i was chatting with chris barnes he says he has a regular nova and a shiny one. i think im gonna do the same try a shiny one maybe it will go the extra few inches and take care of business. love your videos bro.

I feel I like your footwork better 2 handed than 1 hand. Your foot is much straighter at the foul line. Your miss 2h seemed to be when you were getting too much axis rotation causing the ball to come off the pattern and hook too early. I'll continue to watch either way you decide to bowl. Also drill a ball with the widest 2h span you can for content....ie index and pinky

Have always thought many options would be helpful.. one handed until the lanes burned, the 2 or lefty later or on certain spares could be useful or just more confusing. Also if your just off with one.. you should do a mixed game just to test

Question.. if you want to do both 2 handed and one handed.. Could you use interchangeable thumbs and just use a full unrolled IT when you want to roll 2 handed? Is that legal?

I say go buy a whole new arsenal for 2 handed and have fun... but because I'm an idiot, I think you need a 12, 14, and 16 pounder. Shoot a series with each, and the one you do the best with, you must modify the others to the weight of the winner and see if they do better. The 3 balls can be the same or completely different, new, used, I don't care. Have fun!

I throw in an unsanctioned league (free to do whatever league) im a 1 hand no thumb lefty and an old head yells at me every week for throwing a 2 handed back up ball at my 7 pin n switching to right handed for my 3rd game and or throwing a someone else's ball and making it do stupid things

I don’t know if you already have one but hammer stopped the manufacturing of the 3D-offset and you can get one on clearance for around $100. It’s supposed good for league and tournament shots. I think it might be a good a good ball to have in your two handed arsenal. 🧌
