@bedeckt Had to have been. Definitely didn't have nothing like that in the States back then. We used the same 80s beige bricks with the built in receipt-printers for at least another decade. That right there looks like the "modern" flatscreen registers that I've only started seeing in the last six or so years, mainly in smoke shops.
