Some suggestions/ideas #1 Wear some reflective Vests with the Logo on. That makes it look more official, and easier to understand for bad/stupid drivers. #2 Have some window-screen-size stickers for the worst offenders. #3 Play insult/stupidity-bingo with the bad drivers.....
