I agree w/ LilGasmask after seeing his run. I used to think this skill was trash, but after seeing his run and learning about the UVHM scaling, I think it's unironically good in UVHM. In early OP levels it might also be okay. I only ever tested it in TVHM before, and it felt like ass. But in his video I learned that for some reason that's the worst possible time to use it, and they decided to give it +600% damage once you hit UVHM. I don't know if you play modded at all, but if you want to continue meme-building with some mods, the community patch actually adds OP level scaling to LTF. If you want to play any big mods, FFYLands and Snowbound also add some things that make it get a little silly. Snowbound just includes the Community patch (OP scaling to LTF), and changes redeem the soul to increase Movespeed in FFYL and let you throw grenades in FFYL and still increases FFYL time. The movespeed in that mod is also just really high in general, so you'd be insanely mobile in FFYL (I think it comes out to ~68% faster than sprinting in vanilla?). FFYLands has way, way more changes that can boost a LTF meme build.

FFYLands changes for anyone interested (The skill trees are structured much different): 1) Buffed Bloom (From what I gather anyways. Now called the "Nuclear Bloom. I believe it just received a damage boost to the nova") 2) Inclusion of legendary Crunch mod (Wiki example shows +81% Explosive damage, +9 to Strip the flesh + more but the rest of the class mod isn't really relevant to the meme build) 3) "Pull the pin" is now a Blood tree capstone, but instantly drops grenade on FFYL instead of death, gives you double damage boost in FFYL, increases grenade and explosive damage by 20% and increases kill skill duration in FFYL. 4) LTF is LTF but also gives +75% FFYL duration, and Redeem the Soul gives +35% FFYL Movespeed, +5% grenade damage in FFYL 5) Strip the flesh is +20% instead of +15% at 5 points, and gives +40% total in FFYL at 5 points. (Legendary class mod brings this to 14 points... so 56% outside FFYL and 112% inside FFYL)

After a few weeks of using ltf in a krieg of mine gave me the confirmation that its trash, although it can kill small dudes and sometimes even badass dudes, you have to have so many things working good to actually kill with it, its just not worth giving up using your guns to sw to this torgue worthy life gamble( althought its the most krieg thing he has)
