The red-wattled lapwing is an Asian lapwing or large plover, a wader in the family Charadriidae. Like other lapwings they are ground birds that are incapable of perching.
This bird family is nesting on the grass in the oil palm farm. There are 4 eggs. After first chick hatched, it walked around nearby. Then the second chick also comes out of the egg. The two children were always around their mother. Even when it was raining, mom opens her wings to protect both babies from the rain.
